In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Guterres issued a statement Tuesday following the release of the latest Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) report, which warned that “the worst-case scenario of famine is currently playing out in Gaza,” He said that the alert “confirms what we have feared”, namely that Gaza is on the brink of famine. “The facts are in – and they are undeniable.” “Palestinians in Gaza are enduring a humanitarian catastrophe of epic proportions. This is not a warning. It is a reality unfolding before our eyes.” “This nightmare must end,” he said. “Ending this worst-case scenario will take the best efforts of all parties - now.” The UN chief repeated his longstanding appeal for an immediate and permanent humanitarian ceasefire, the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages held in Gaza, and full, humanitarian access across the enclave. “This is a test of our shared humanity - a test we cannot afford to fail,” he said. T.R. *** PGMO: Gaza aid looted under protection of the IOF Tuesday 29-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) reported that just 87 aid trucks were allowed into the besieged Strip on Monday, most of which were looted “under direct and systematic Israeli collusion.” In a statement on Monday evening, the PGMO elaborated on the deteriorating humanitarian situation in Gaza exacerbated by a coordinated effort by the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) to engineer famine and spread chaos in Gaza. According to the GMO, a limited air drop conducted the same day provided less than half a truckload of aid and landed exclusively in areas controlled by the IOF, zones civilians are unable to access. The PGMO also accused the IOF of committing a “compound massacre” earlier in the day by first blocking aid truck entry, then targeting community-based aid security posts. “The occupation army killed 11 members of local clans who were securing the arrival of aid. Only after confirming their deaths did the occupation allow trucks to proceed, where they were looted by gangs and thieves operating under Israeli drone cover and live fire aimed at civilians,” the statement said. It emphasized that the situation in Gaza represents a deliberate and systematic campaign by the Israeli occupation to prevent aid from reaching its intended recipients. The PGMO condemned the use of starvation as a weapon against 2.4 million besieged civilians and held both Israel and the US administration responsible for the ongoing genocide. “The IOFs targeting of aid workers from local clans is a strategic attempt to increase theft, sow chaos, and worsen the famine,” the statement said. It called for urgent international intervention and the establishment of a neutral United Nations mechanism to oversee aid distribution based on humanitarian principles. The Gaza Strip has faced months of near-total closure, with border crossings sealed and humanitarian convoys routinely denied entry. The result is what the GMO described as unprecedented levels of famine and malnutrition. According to the GMO, the enforced famine has killed at least 133 Palestinians so far, including 85 children. The report also noted that over 260,000 children under the age of five are now suffering from acute malnutrition, with many at immediate risk of death due to the lack of food and baby formula. *** UN high-level conference, on the two-state solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, continues for second day in New York NEW YORK, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – For the second consecutive day, the UN high-level international conference aimed at reaching a peaceful settlement to the question of Palestine and implementing the two-state solution continued on Tuesday evening in New York City, under the joint chairmanship of Saudi Arabia and France. The conference, which runs until July 30, brings together a large number of United Nations member states, international and regional organizations, UN specialized agencies, and civil society groups. Representing the State of Palestine is Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa. The conference takes place amid the dire conditions faced by the Palestinian people due to the ongoing illegal Israeli occupation and its grave violations. Its goal is to implement United Nations resolutions and the two-state solution, marking a significant turning point toward resolving the Palestinian issue. It came in response to the UN General Assembly’s resolution and the International Court of Justice’s ruling affirming the illegality of the Israeli occupation and the urgent need to end it. The conference seeks to initiate a credible and time-bound political process, while also securing firm international commitments to support the Palestinian state politically and economically, advance governmental reform and development efforts, and enable Gaza’s recovery and reconstruction after the ongoing genocidal war comes to an end. T.R. *** 'Hamas calls for int’l accountability for Israeli leaders following Smotrich’s Gaza remarks Tuesday 29-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has strongly denounced the recent remarks made by the far-right Israeli minister, Bezalel Smotrich, in which he called for the reoccupation of the Gaza Strip and rebuilding of illegal Israeli settlements there. In a statement on Tuesday, Hamas described Smotrich’s remarks as an “explicit threat to continue genocidal crimes and forced displacement against the Palestinians in Gaza.” “Smotrich’s remarks clearly reflect the glaring colonial nature of the occupation government and its complete disregard for the international law and UN resolutions,” Hamas said. “This extremist minister has made his remarks while the West Bank is seeing parallel moves aimed at imposing the occupation’s sovereignty through settlement expansion and efforts to enact laws at the Knesset to institutionalize annexation,” Hamas added. 'Hamas stressed that the Israeli attempts to impose new illegal settlement faits accomplis in Gaza and the West Bank would not go unanswered. “This dangerous escalation by the occupation will be confronted by all forms of legitimate resistance in defense of the land, the national rights and the Islamic and Christian holy sites.” 'Hamas called on the Arab countries, the international community and the UN to shoulder their legal and moral responsibilities and take effective action to stop Israel’s incendiary policies that risk igniting the situation in the entire region. The Movement also urged the International Criminal Court to hold Israeli leaders accountable, particularly Israeli ministers Smotrich and Itamar Ben Gvir, for their overt incitement to kill civilians and forcibly displace Palestinians from their land. *** Netherlands bans two Israeli ministers over incitement, support for ethnic cleansing Tuesday 29-July-2025 THE HAGUE, (PIC) The Dutch government has officially barred Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich from entering the Netherlands, citing their incitement to violence and support for ethnic cleansing amid the ongoing genocide in Gaza. Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp announced that both ministers have been declared “persona non grata”, and their names have been entered into the Schengen Area’s system of unwelcome foreign nationals. The decision comes in response to what the Dutch government described as “repeated incitement to settler violence against Palestinians, continued support for the expansion of illegal settlements, and open calls for the ethnic cleansing of Gaza.” “This decision is a direct reaction to their role in encouraging atrocities during Israel’s war of extermination in Gaza,” Veldkamp said on Monday evening. Israeli Ambassador to The Hague Modi Ephraim is expected to be summoned to the Dutch Foreign Ministry for a formal reprimand. According to Veldkamp, the Israeli government will again be urged to change the direction of its current policies. “The current situation is untenable and indefensible,” he said, adding that the Netherlands will maintain pressure to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza. The move comes amid growing momentum within Europe to impose consequences for Israel’s ongoing violations in Gaza and the West Bank. The Netherlands has already recommended suspending Israel’s participation in the EU’s flagship research initiative, the Horizon Europe program, and may consider further trade restrictions if Israel continues to ignore its obligations under international agreements. Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof indicated that the Netherlands supports broader European actions, including in the area of trade, should Israel fail to comply. “The Netherlands will back the EU’s plan to suspend Israel from Horizon if it’s shown that relevant agreements are not being respected,” said Dutch lawmaker Tom Kok in a post on X (formerly Twitter). This decision marks one of the most serious diplomatic rebukes of Israeli policy by a European country since the start of the war on Gaza, signaling a potential shift in European tolerance for Israel’s far-right leadership and its actions against Palestinians. *** Boats from 44 countries to participate in largest mission to break Gaza siege Tuesday 29-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Global Sumoud Flotilla coalition has announced preparations for the launch of the largest civilian Gaza-bound maritime mission to break the Israeli siege on the war-ravaged Palestinian territory of the Gaza Strip. According to the organizers on Monday, boats from around 44 countries will participate in the pro-Gaza mission to challenge the Israeli blockade, to voice condemnation for governments’ silence on what is happening in the Palestinian coastal enclave, and to demand urgent action to end the genocide and provide the population with their humanitarian needs. US activists are involved in organizing this mission, coordinating efforts to prepare two boats bearing the American flag, as reported by Al Jazeera Net. The organizers hope that this American involvement in the mission will have significant symbolic meaning, reflecting the widespread public anger in the country towards the Trump administration’s blind support for the Israeli siege and genocide in Gaza. *** American activist Chris Smalls assaulted by the Israeli occupation forces after Freedom Flotilla interception Tuesday 29-July-2025 ISTANBUL, (PIC) The Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC) has confirmed that American activist Chris Smalls was physically assaulted by the Israeli occupation forces while in detention after the seizure of the ship Handthala (Handala), which was attempting to break the illegal Israeli siege on Gaza. In a statement issued Tuesday, the coalition reported that seven Israeli soldiers in military uniform attacked Smalls, president of the Amazon Labor Union, choking and kicking him, leaving visible injuries on his neck and back. The coalition also pointed out that six members of the Israeli police surrounded Smalls during a scheduled meeting with his lawyer. The FCC condemned the assault and called for accountability for those responsible for the attack and for what it described as the discriminatory treatment of Smalls. On Monday evening, the International Committee to Break the Siege on Gaza announced that several Handthala activists detained in Israel had refused to sign deportation orders and had launched an open-ended hunger strike. The committee confirmed that some of the detained activists had also been physically assaulted during their arrest. Female detainees, in particular, reported inhumane conditions, including poor ventilation and unsanitary facilities. Israeli naval forces intercepted and stormed the Handthala ship, which was carrying international solidarity activists en route to Gaza in an effort to deliver humanitarian aid and challenge the blockade. The ship was seized and taken to Ashdod Port. The Handala had reached 70 nautical miles from Gaza, further than the Mavi Marmara (intercepted at 72 miles in 2010), the Madleen (110 miles), and the Al-Dameer (1,050 miles), according to the International Committee. The ship set sail from the Italian port of Syracuse on July 13, made a brief technical stop in Gallipoli on July 15, and departed again for Gaza on July 20. The seizure of the Handthala is not an isolated incident. On June 9, Israeli occupation forces also intercepted the Madleen vessel in international waters, arrested 12 activists, and later deported them on condition that they would not return. Gaza remains under one of the worst humanitarian crises in its history. Since October 7, 2023, Israel, backed by the US, has waged a genocidal war that has killed or wounded more than 205,000 Palestinians, most of them children and women. Over 9,000 remain missing, and hundreds of thousands have been forcibly displaced. Since March 2, with the complete closure of Gaza crossings and a ban on food and medical aid, famine has rapidly spread, especially among children and the sick. The ongoing blockade and genocidal war continue in defiance of international appeals and rulings by the International Court of Justice demanding an end to the genocide. *** ****** Gaza: Hospitals receive 113 martyrs, death toll climbs to 60,034 Tuesday 29-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) During the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received the bodies of at least 113 civilians, as well as 637 people suffering from different injuries following Israeli attacks, according to Gaza’s health ministry on Tuesday morning. Accordingly, a total of 8,867 people have been killed and 33,829 others have been injured since the Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025. The new fatalities increased the death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which started on October 7, 2023, to 60,034 martyrs, including 1,179 aid seekers who were killed at or near US-backed distribution points, the health ministry said. The ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 145,870 people, including 7,957 aid seekers. Meanwhile, efforts are underway to recover the bodies of more martyrs who are still missing in different areas of the Gaza Strip. *** Israeli army continues to launch relentless attacks on civilians in Gaza Tuesday 29-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Tuesday, to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including an Israeli strike on a tent in al-Mawasi area of Khan Younus that killed four people and injured many others. Seven other people were killed by Israeli gunfire near US-backed aid distribution points in Khan Younus and Rafa'h, south of Gaza. An Israeli warplane also bombed a house belonging to the family of Al-Da'hdou'h in Gaza City’s Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, killing five siblings. The bodies of seven martyrs and 40 wounded people reportedly arrived at Al-'Awda Hospital after Israeli forces opened fire at aid seekers near a distribution point in Sala'huddeen street in central Gaza. TAl-'Awda Hospital also received the bodies of 30 martyrs, most of them in pieces, in the morning following several overnight Israeli strikes on homes in the north of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza. A citizen and his four children were massacred when an Israeli drone bombed their tent in Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younus. Another Israeli strike on an apartment near the Haydar doundabout in Gaza City killed a man and his wife and injured others. More people were martyred or injured in Israeli attacks on aid seekers near US-backed distribution points in southern and central Gaza. The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women. Meanwhile, several Palestinians in Gaza were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in previous attacks. *** Israeli genocidal air strikes kill 11 displaced Palestinians in Rafa'h and Khan Younus GAZA, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 11 Palestinian civilians were killed on Tuesday in two separate Israeli airstrikes targeting areas housing displaced persons in the Rafa'h and Khan Younus governorates in the southern Gaza Strip, as part of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7, 2023. Medical sources at Nasser Medical Complex reported that Israeli forces opened fire on a gathering of citizens near humanitarian aid centers north of Rafa'h, killing seven people and wounding several others. In a separate strike, Israeli fighter jets targeted a tent housing displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younus, resulting in the killing of four Palestinian, including two children, according to medical staff at Nasser Medical Complex. According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Health today, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 60,034, the majority of whom are children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression more than nine months ago. The number of injured has risen to 145,870, amid continued airstrikes, artillery attacks, and indiscriminate shelling of residential areas and shelters. The health ministry also warned that an unknown number of victims remain trapped under the rubble, with civil defense and ambulance crews unable to reach them due to repeated targeting, severe shortages in fuel, and the lack of essential rescue equipment. This latest escalation comes at a time when the Gaza Strip is facing an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe, with famine and epidemics spreading, and the suffering of hundreds of thousands of displaced people worsening amid international silence and inability to halt the ongoing aggression. Y.S. *** Several civilians killed and injured in Israeli targeting of aid seekers in Khan Yunis and Beit Lahia GAZA, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Several Palestinian civilians were killed and others wounded on Tuesday evening after Israeli occupation forces attacked groups of people waiting for humanitarian aid in Khan Younus and Bait Lahya in the Gaza Strip. Medical sources confirmed that four civilians were killed and dozens injured after Israeli forces directly targeted aid seekers in southern Khan Younus, in the south of the Strip. In a separate attack, at least three civilians were killed and several others wounded after Israeli tanks shelled and opened fire on Palestinians waiting for aid in the Al-Soudaniya area, northwest of Bat Lahya in northern Gaza. The death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 59,921, the majority of whom were women and children, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression in October 2023. At least 145,233 others have also been injured. This toll remains incomplete, as many victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews. T.R. *** Palestinian young girl starved to death in Gaza Tuesday 29-July-2025 Gaza, (PIC) A young Palestinian girl was starved to death in the Gaza Strip in light of the growing famine and malnutrition imposed by Israel’s ongoing genocidal war on the enclave since 7 October 2023, a Palestinian medical source in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday evening. A medical official at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital confirmed that Mecca Al-Gharabli died from hunger and severe malnutrition, raising the death toll from Israel’s starvation policy to 148 cases, including 89 children. On Monday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that Gaza hospitals had recorded 14 new deaths within 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, including two children exhausted by hunger. Health Ministry data shows that more than 260,000 children under the age of five in Gaza are suffering from acute malnutrition, placing their lives at imminent risk. In recent days, international condemnation of Israel’s starvation policy has intensified, as over two million Palestinians in the besieged enclave face famine that has killed dozens in just a matter of days. The World Health Organization (WHO) warned on Sunday that malnutrition in Gaza has reached “alarming levels”, saying, “Gaza is experiencing severe malnutrition characterized by a sharp increase in deaths this July.” The WHO noted that out of 74 malnutrition-related deaths recorded in 2025, 63 occurred this month alone, including 24 children under five and 38 adults. WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus urged the immediate entry of food and medicine into Gaza to stop famine-related deaths caused by Israel’s blockade. In a post on X Tuesday, he wrote, “Famine, malnutrition, and disease in Gaza are driving a surge in hunger-related deaths.” He emphasized the urgent need for large-scale food and medical aid to prevent further deterioration, referencing a newly released IPC (Integrated Food Security Phase Classification) report warning that Gaza is facing “the worst-case famine scenario.” Tedros reiterated his call for a ceasefire, saying, “Famine, malnutrition, and disease are leading to a deadly rise in hunger-related deaths. Peace is the best medicine!” Since 7 October 2023, Israel’s US-backed genocide has killed or injured over 205,000 Palestinians, the majority of them women and children, while more than 9,000 remain missing. Hundreds of thousands are displaced, and famine continues to claim lives, including dozens of children. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý IOF kidnaps martyr’s body after killing him in Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Tuesday 29-July-2025 Al-Khaleel (Hebron), (PIC) A Palestinian young man was killed on Monday evening when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) opened fire at him at the northern entrance of Al-Khaleel (Hebron) City, south of the West Bank. The Palestinian health ministry identified the martyr as 27-year-old Mu'hammed Al-Jammal. The Israeli occupation army, which is currently holding the martyr’s body, claimed the young man had thrown a stone at its forces during an operational activity in al-Khalil City. Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday morning the death of another young man called 'Oada Al-'Hathaleen, 31, after he succumbed to serious bullet injuries he sustained when an armed Jewish settler opened fire at him in Khirbet Umm al-Khair hamlet in Masafir Yatta, south of al-Khalil. Yesterday evening, Al-'Hathaleen and another villager were reportedly injured when armed settlers attacked Palestinian citizens and their homes in Khirbet Umm al-Khair and opened fire at them under military protection. Al-'Hathaleen was kidnaped by Israeli forces while bleeding before his death was confirmed today. Another citizen was severely beaten by those settlers during their attack on the hamlet and was rushed by Red Crescent paramedics to the Yatta Hospital. *** 190 Palestinians, including 36 children, killed by IOFs in the West Bank since January Tuesday 29-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) At least 190 Palestinians have been martyred and more than 1,500 injured in the West Bank since the start of 2025 due to the ongoing Israeli terrorist campaign, according to newly released data. Among the martyrs are 36 children who were shot or otherwise killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) during the same period. The escalation, which began on January 21, has seen thousands of violations committed by IOFs across the West Bank, resulting in the martyrdom of 162 Palestinians since that date alone. In the city of Jineen and its refugee camp, under sustained attack for the past 189 days, 54 Palestinians have been killed, including two who were shot by Palestinian Authority security forces. In Toulkarm, which has faced continuous aggression for 184 days, 16 Palestinians have been killed, including a child and two women. One of the women was eight months pregnant. Since January, the IOFs have injured at least 1,528 people, arrested 5,807, and carried out 8,655 raids across the West Bank. Meanwhile, since the beginning of the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip in October 2023, 1,056 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank, 7,587 injured, and more than 20,000 detained by IOF. *** Israeli occupation forces attack funeral procession of slain Palestinian killed by Israeli colonist's fire in Hebron HEBRON, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday evening stormed the funeral procession of slain Palestinian 'Oada Al-'Hathaleen, who succumbed today to critical wounds sustained after being shot by an Israeli colonist yesterday, in Khirbet Umm Al-Khair southeast of Yatta town in the Hebron Governorate. According to Osama Makhamra, a local activist, Israeli forces assaulted mourners attending the funeral of 31-year-old Al-'Hathaleen, forced them out, and declared the entire area a closed military zone. During the raid, two foreign activists who were present to show solidarity with al-Hathalin's family were detained. Following the forceful dispersal, Israeli forces sealed off Khirbet Umm Al-Khair, preventing residents, activists, and representatives from human rights organizations from entering, even those en route to the mourning gathering. 'Oada Al-'Hathaleen, a respected teacher and human rights activist, was shot yesterday by a colonist. Al-Hathalin was attempting to prevent colonists’ incursion and bulldozing of Palestinian lands within the village when he was killed. In a related development, Israeli colonists resumed excavation work in Khirbet Umm Al-Khair on Tuesday evening. These activities, conducted under heavy protection from Israeli forces, are aimed at expanding the "Carmel" colony, built illegally on privately owned Palestinian lands. This ongoing work is part of a broader effort to impose a new colonial reality, further encroaching upon the Palestinian Bedouin presence in the region. Khirbet Umm Al-Khair has faced a severe escalation of Israeli actions since the beginning of the year. Residents have endured land confiscation, home demolitions, physical assaults, and restricted access to vital water sources and pastures. These actions are part of a systematic Israeli plan to forcibly displace the local population and depopulate Masafir Yatta of its indigenous inhabitants. A.D./T.R. *** Several Palestinians kidnaped following large-scale IOF campaign in the West Bank Tuesday 29-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped a number of Palestinian citizens during a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank last night and on Tuesday morning. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped three young citizens following raids on their homes in 'Arura town, northwest of Ramallah. Another young man was kidnapped by the IOFs from his home in Baitounya town, west of Ramallah. Meanwhile, the Israeli police kidnapped a young man identified as Iyad Bazzi from Qalandya refugee camp after summoning him for interrogation at the Ofer jail in western Ramallah. In Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), the IOFs kidnapped a young man after ransacking his home in Bait Fajjar town. In Toulkarm, at least 13 citizens were taken prisoners following IOFs raids on homes in several homes in the east of the city. Many detainees are members of families displaced from Nour Shams refugee camp. The IOFs reportedly assaulted citizens and detainees during its arrest campaign in Toulkarm. In Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces kidnapped a young man from the city’s Ras Al-'Ain neighborhood. In al-Khaleel, the IOFs kidnapped a citizen from the city and eight others from al-Fawwar refugee camp. In Toubas, the IOFs kidnapped two young men after raiding their homes in the city. In Salfeet, the Israeli occupation soldiers assaulted and injured a citizen and kidnapped another one during a raid in Kafr El-Deek town. 32 kidnapped. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settler groups expand outpost, carry out attacks in West Bank Tuesday 29-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Groups of the illegal Israeli settlers continued on Tuesday to carry out attacks and violations in different West Bank areas under Israeli military protection. According to local sources, a horde of the illegal Israeli settlers started to expand their illegal outpost they had established recently on a swath of land belonging to Dair Nidtham village. The sources said that the settlers set up livestock pens in the area where their outpost is located. In the village of Farkha, southwest of Salfeet, a group of settlers attacked several farmers who tried to prevent them from grazing their sheep in their olive groves in the Saf'ha area. Local villagers reported that the settlers carried out their attack under the protection of Israeli soldiers. In the northwest of Nablus, a group of settlers stormed at dawn Burqa town and vandalized a 24-dunum stretch of Palestinian agricultural land, causing extensive damage to its irrigation networks and surrounding fences. *** Illegal Israeli settlers destroy nature reserve in Kisan village east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Tuesday destroyed a nature reserve in the village of Kisan, east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), according to a local official. Ahmed Ghazal, secretary of the Fatah movement in Kisan, told WAFA that a group of colonists stormed the Kisan wilderness and destroyed all the contents of the reserve, which spans 100 dunums. They destroyed barracks, trees, surveillance cameras, water pools, and wells. They also seized solar panels and electric generators belonging to a local resident. Colonists have recently escalated their attacks on residents and their property in Kisan, including the recent burning of several homes in the Dair 'Alla area and the forced displacement of their owners. T.R. *** Illegal Israeli settlers burn agricultural lands northwest of Nablus NABLUS, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers, backed by the Israeli occupation army, set fire Tuesday evening to agricultural lands in the village of Burqa northwest of Nablus, according to local sources. Sources reported that colonists from the “Homesh” illegal colony set fire to agricultural land located near Palestinian residents’ homes and fired tear gas canisters at the houses; however, no injuries were reported. The settler violence against Palestinians and their properties has dramatically increased since the onset of Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people on October 7th, 2023. The indiscriminate violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian civilians and their properties has been widely condemned. Several countries have imposed sanctions against Israeli colonists accused of committing acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the West Bank. T.R. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime carries out demolitions in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) and Al-Naqab (Negev) Tuesday 29-July-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) The Israeli occupation apartheid regime carried out demolitions, on Tuesday morning, in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) district of Silwan, south of the Aqsa Mosque, under the pretext of unlicensed construction. According to local sources, bulldozers belonging to the Israeli municipality and police forces stormed Ein al-Luza neighborhood in Silwan and demolished a car wash and a residential structure owned by Hani Al-Salayma. The Israeli municipality also demolished the outer walls of a house belonging to another Maqdisi (Jerusalemite) citizen in the Al-Bustan neighborhood in Silwan. In a separate incident, the Israeli authorities carried out a large-scale demolition campaign in a number of Palestinian villages in the Negev, south of Israel (1948 occupied Palestine) as part of efforts to force the local residents to leave their areas. During its campaign in those villages, the Israeli authorities also confiscated equipment belonging to local residents and delivered evacuation notices, claiming that their presence in their areas is illegal. *** Patriarchs and heads of churches in Jerusalem condemn the attacks by the illegal Israeli settlers on Al-Tayba, call for international protection Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) expressed, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) - The Patriarchs and Heads of Churches in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) expressed profound concern and unwavering condemnation following yet another violent assault that targeted the West Bank Christian town of Al-Tayba. Several vehicles were set ablaze, and hateful graffiti was sprayed—an unambiguous act of intimidation directed at a peaceful and faithful community rooted in the land of Christ. “This grievous incident is not an isolated occurrence. It forms part of an alarming pattern of settler violence against West Bank communities, including their homes, sacred spaces, and ways of life,” said the Patriarchs and Heads of Churches in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) expressed in a statement. Only days ago, settlers forcibly entered Al-Tayba, herding livestock into the heart of the town. Masked individuals—some armed, others on horseback—roamed the streets, spreading terror and threatening the sanctity of daily life. Fire reached the very walls of the ancient church, a living testament to the Christian faith’s enduring presence in the Holy Land. “We regret that official Israeli police statements reduced the matter solely to property damage, omitting the broader context of systematic intimidation and abuse. These omissions distort the truth and fail to address violations of international humanitarian and human rights law, including the right to religious freedom and the protection of cultural heritage.” Of additional concern is the reactionary disinformation campaign by Israeli settler-affiliated groups, launched in response to recent diplomatic visits to Al-Tayba, stressed the statement. “Rather than addressing the grave violations occurring, these narratives seek to discredit victims and diminish the significance of international solidarity. Such distortions aim to deflect scrutiny and sanitize criminal conduct in violation of international norms.” “We are gravely troubled by the prevailing climate of impunity, which undermines the rule of law and jeopardizes peaceful coexistence in the land of the Resurrection. The lack of accountability not only threatens Christian communities but also weakens the moral and legal foundations that uphold peace and justice for all.” Patriarchs and Heads of Churches in Jerusalem demanded that the Israeli government act with moral clarity and commitment, calling to hold accountable those responsible for these crimes without delay; to ensure effective and consistent protection for the people of Al-Tayba and all vulnerable communities; and to uphold its obligations under international law and guarantee equality before the law. “We extend heartfelt gratitude to the diplomatic missions and international partners who have visited Al-Tayba and stood in solidarity with its people. Your presence offers hope and moral strength. We urge you to continue your support. The aggression persists—and so must our united vigilance and prayer for peace rooted in justice.” T.R. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Saudi Cabinet hopes UN high-level conference will accelerate recognition of Palestine and advance two-state solution JEDDAH, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) - The Saudi Cabinet on Tuesday expressed its hope that the High-Level International Conference on the peaceful settlement of the Palestinian question, would contribute to accelerating the recognition of the State of Palestine and establishing a consensual path toward implementing the two-state solution, while enhancing the security and stability of countries in the region. The Cabinet session, chaired by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin 'Abdulazeez Al-Sa'oud, reiterated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s welcome of French President Emmanuel Macron’s announcement regarding his country’s intention to recognize the State of Palestine. It also called on other countries to take similar steps in support of peace and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). The Cabinet strongly condemned the Israeli Knesset’s call to impose control over the occupied West Bank and the Jordan Valley, stressing that such actions undermine peace efforts and reflect a persistence in sabotage and destruction. It reiterated the Kingdom’s categorical rejection of the occupation authorities’ violations of international law and United Nations resolutions. The Cabinet closely followed regional and international developments, reaffirming the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to establish a just peace in the Middle East, promote international security and stability, and end the cycle of violence that has claimed the lives of tens of thousands of innocent civilians. T.R. Representing the State of Palestine is Prime Minister Mu'hammed Mustafa. T.R. *** GAFP launches in London, calls for urgent international action amidst Gaza genocide Tuesday 29-July-2025 LONDON, (PIC) In a historic gathering, the Global Alliance for Palestine (GAFP) held its inaugural conference on Saturday 26 July in London, bringing together delegates from 25 countries representing, grassroots solidarity movements and campaigns as well as political and community leaders from around the world, all committed to strengthening the international struggle for Palestinian freedom, justice, and national liberation. The launch of the GAFP comes at a critical and urgent moment, as Israel intensifies its genocidal actions and starvation tactics against the people of Gaza. In response, the alliance will serve as a central coordinating body, bringing together global efforts, building unity to confront Israel’s atrocities and advance the cause of Palestinian self-determination. The conference featured prominent speakers who stressed the urgent need for unified strategy and coordinated global action. The opening and closing plenaries featured Chair of the GAFP Steering Committee, Rt. Hon. Jeremy Corbyn MP alongside Steering Committee member Dr Mustafa Barghouti (Palestine). The Conference heard video messages of support from Steering Committee members Gerry Adams (former president of Sinn Féin), Professor Yanis Varoufakis (Greece), Hon. Peter David (Grenada), Ronnie Kasrils (South Africa) and Varsha Gandikota-Nellutla (India). There were also important contributions from Revd. Frank Chikane (South Africa) and Deputy Angelo Bonelli (Italy). Their contributions highlighted the critical importance of coordinated action and unified strategies in the face of escalating injustice. “The brutality unfolding in Gaza demands an unequivocal response from the international community,” stated Dr. Mustafa Al-Barghouthi, a leading Palestinian political figure. “The Global Alliance for Palestine represents a crucial step towards unifying our efforts and ensuring that the calls for justice and an end to the occupation resonate globally. We must translate solidarity into tangible action, relentlessly challenging the impunity that allows such atrocities to continue and working towards true national liberation.” Rt. Hon. Jeremy Corbyn echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the moral obligation to act. “Today marks a pivotal moment in the fight for Palestinian rights. The sheer scale of human suffering in Gaza is unconscionable. The Global Alliance for Palestine will serve as a vital platform to coordinate our actions, to demand accountability, and to work relentlessly for a just and lasting peace rooted in self-determination for the Palestinian people. Silence is not an option when faced with such injustice; our unified voice will be a force for change.” In a powerful closing statement, the conference issued a united call for an International Day of Action for Gaza on September 6th 2025, which delegates agreed should be marked all over the world and across all time zones. Dr. Anas Al-Tikreeti, Chair of GAFP Preparatory Committee and the conference convener outlined the next steps of the alliance, including the formation of an interim Executive Committee, and mobilizing movements and communities from across the globe in an unprecedented show of unity, seeking to turn solidarity into a collective force to end Israel’s illegal occupation and advance the just cause of the liberation of Palestine. *** UK Prime Minister: Britain to recognize State of Palestine in September unless Israel takes concrete steps toward peace LONDON, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said his country will recognize the State of Palestine in September before the UN General Assembly, unless the Israeli government takes substantive steps to end the appalling situation in Gaza and commits to lasting, sustainable peace. “We demand an immediate ceasefire to stop the slaughter, that the UN be allowed to send humanitarian assistance into Gaza on a continuing basis to prevent starvation, and the immediate release of the hostages,” said Starmer. He emphasized that Britain supports the US, Qatari, and Egyptian governments in their attempts to bring about a ceasefire. “We also need a comprehensive plan to end this misery and to get to a long-term settlement. We are committed to working together with our international partners to develop a credible peace plan for the next phase in Gaza that establishes transitional governance and security arrangements, and ensures the delivery of humanitarian aid at the necessary scale." He stressed that this must be accompanied by the withdrawal of Israeli forces and the removal of Hamas leadership from Gaza as key steps towards a negotiated two-state solution. Starmer welcomed the steps announced by President Mahmoud Abbas, saying these should form the basis for a comprehensive reform of the Palestinian Authority. “We have long been committed to recognizing a State of Palestine. As our election manifesto said, Palestinian statehood is the inalienable right of the Palestinian people. It is not in the gift of any neighbor and is also essential to the long-term security of Israel. We are committed to recognizing a Palestinian state as a contribution to a renewed peace process which results in a two-state solution with a safe and secure Israel alongside a viable and sovereign Palestinian state." “We are determined to protect the viability of the two-state solution, and so we will recognize the State of Palestine in September before UNGA; unless the Israeli government takes substantive steps to end the appalling situation in Gaza and commits to a long term sustainable peace, including through allowing the UN to restart without delay the supply of humanitarian support to the people of Gaza to end starvation, agreeing to a ceasefire, and making clear there will be no annexations in the West Bank,” added the British Prime Minister in a statement. “We will make an assessment ahead of UNGA on how far the parties have met these steps. No one side will have a veto on recognition through their actions or inactions. But recognition by itself will not change the situation on the ground.” Starmer added: “We are therefore taking additional immediate steps to alleviate the humanitarian situation, including air drops of humanitarian supplies along with Jordan, and getting injured children out of Gaza and into British hospitals alongside pressing strongly for UN deliveries of humanitarian assistance to resume.” He concluded: “We also believe that a ceasefire will not last without urgent work on governance and security in Gaza, and the prospect of a long-term political settlement. We are therefore preparing a plan with our key allies for longer-term political negotiations and a two-state solution.” T.R. *** Colombian FM says two-state solution only viable path to ending crisis and crimes in Gaza NEW YORK, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) – Colombian Foreign Minister Rosa Yolanda Villavicencio reaffirmed her country’s firm position that the only viable path to ending the crisis and ongoing crimes in Gaza is through the implementation of the two-state solution and ensuring the Palestinian people’s rights. She stressed the urgent need for a permanent ceasefire, respect for international humanitarian law, and protection of civilians, particularly women and children. Villavicencio pointed to the significance of the recent emergency meeting of The Hague Group, hosted in Bogotá, and reiterated Colombia’s commitment to joint action to end the ongoing genocide, pursue legal accountability through the International Criminal Court, and intensify diplomatic efforts to urge other states to join the group. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Colombian Foreign Minister affirmed her country’s steadfast commitment to upholding international law, defending the right of peoples to self-determination, and firmly rejecting military aggression and human rights violations. She also noted that bilateral political consultations with Palestine will be held on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly this coming September. This came during a meeting with Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Varsen Shaheen, held on the sidelines of the high-level international conference on the peaceful settlement of the question of Palestine and the implementation of the two-state solution. Minister Shaheen praised Colombia’s role in supporting Palestinian rights and its leadership of The Hague Group. She affirmed that Colombia’s steps, particularly its leadership of The Hague Group, constitute a pivotal form of support for achieving justice and holding perpetrators of crimes against civilians accountable. T.R. *** The Hague Group calls for immediate ceasefire and delivery of humanitarian aid NEW YORK, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) - The Hague Group held a Ministerial Meeting in New York on the margins of the United Nations High-Level Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution. The meeting, convened by the Foreign Ministers of Colombia and South Africa and hosted by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC), brought together representatives from member states, including Varsen Aghabekian Shaheen, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine. Since its establishment in January 2025, The Hague Group serves as a Global South initiative to uphold international law in response to Israel’s ongoing war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem. The meeting followed the emergency session in Bogotá on 16 July 2025, in which 12 governments adopted a Joint Statement committing to immediate legal and political actions to hold Israel accountable. These actions include: a comprehensive arms embargo; proceedings at the ICC and ICJ; enforcement of court rulings; boycott of settlement products; and targeted sanctions. An urgent call was made to other states to join the initiative. Türkiye announced its endorsement of the Joint Statement and its intent to implement its provisions. The Hague Group Ministers emphasized that collective action is essential to protect Palestinian rights, end the illegal occupation, and preserve the international legal order threatened by Israel’s impunity. The Foreign Ministers of Colombia and South Africa underscored the need for moral clarity and immediate action, warning that silence and inaction enable continued atrocities. They highlighted the legal duty of all states to prevent complicity and assist in halting the genocide and occupation. Minister Varsen Shaheen reaffirmed the State of Palestine’s deep gratitude to all Hague Group members for their solidarity, commitment to action, and refusal to remain passive in the face of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide being perpetrated by Israel, the occupying Power, against the Palestinian people in Gaza and throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem. Shaheen stressed the importance of this convening of The Hague Group on the margins of the International Conference on Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, mandated by the General Assembly and co-chaired by Saudi Arabia and France. Both initiatives, she noted, reflect the commitment of the vast majority of the international community to multilateral action rooted in international law as the path to a peaceful, just, comprehensive, and lasting solution. They also reflect a collective insistence on upholding our legal obligations and acting now with responsibility in the face of this catastrophic humanitarian crisis and profound human suffering—nowhere more than in Gaza, amid massacres, starvation, and the forced displacement of nearly the entire population, and in the West Bank, under escalating Israeli violence, terror, and threats of annexation. Minister Shaheen stressed that the international community cannot remain silent in the face of these atrocities, nor allow this historic injustice to continue. She called for the mobilization of political will to take all necessary actions to fulfill legal, political, humanitarian, and moral obligations to halt the genocide, end Israel’s illegal occupation of the territory of the State of Palestine, and realize the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, including the right of return and self-determination, and the right to an independent State of Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital. This, she affirmed, is the key to justice, peace, security, and stability—and to finally ending the 77-year Nakba inflicted on the Palestinian people. Shaheen urged immediate action to stop Israel’s destruction of Palestinian life and its annexation of Palestinian land, stressing that the very existence of the Palestinian people and their State are at stake—as are the cardinal principles underpinning the international system, including the right to self-determination, the prohibition on acquisition of territory by force, international humanitarian law, and universal human rights. “Israel must be stopped,” she concluded. “It cannot be allowed to get away with these crimes any longer.” Additional remarks were delivered by the Foreign Minister of Bolivia, the Deputy Minister of Türkiye, and the delegations of Norway, Cuba, and Malaysia. Briefings were also provided by Palestine Red Crescent Society President Younus Al-Khateeb and representatives of UNRWA, OCHA, and UNICEF. T.R. *** Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs declares: Starvation in Gaza and church bombings are documented war crimes AMSTERDAM, July 29, 2025 (WAFA) - As part of its sustained efforts to rally international support and expose Israel’s ongoing violations against the Palestinian people, the Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs in Palestine participated in the international conference “Doing Justice, Loving Mercy,” held in Helvoirt, the Netherlands, from July 25 to 27, 2025. The event was hosted by Kairos-Sabeel Netherlands and brought together a wide range of church leaders, legal experts, human rights defenders, and academics from Europe and Palestine. Representing the Committee was Ambassador Ameera 'Hananiya, its representative in Europe, who participated in a central panel titled: “Genocide in Gaza and Ethnic Cleansing in the West Bank – Palestinian Christians Are Not Spared,” alongside a distinguished group of international speakers. In her address, Ambassador Hananiya painted a grim picture of the catastrophe in Gaza, stressing that the deliberate imposition of famine constitutes a war crime, an intentional act of starvation used as a weapon, leading to the deaths of children from hunger and malnutrition. She also highlighted the targeted destruction of churches and Christian institutions in both Gaza and the West Bank, warning that the Christian presence in Palestine now faces an existential threat unprecedented in its modern history. “We are not merely appealing to the world’s conscience, we are demanding the enforcement of the international law it so often claims to uphold,” she said. “The international community must make a choice: Will it stand with the victims or with their oppressors? With humanity or with the machinery of war? With the values it proclaims in global forums, or with the narrowness of its interests?” Ambassador Hanania drew particular attention to the escalating settler violence – under the protection of Israeli occupation forces – against the town of Al-Tayba – the last wholly Christian town in Palestine – as a clear example of Israel’s attempts to displace the indigenous population and systematically erase their religious and cultural heritage. She reaffirmed the Committee’s unwavering commitment to its international advocacy campaign, vowing to intensify diplomatic and media efforts in cooperation with global churches and human rights institutions. These efforts aim to expose the ongoing crimes of the occupation, ensure accountability, and end all forms of international complicity. She urged the global community to break its silence and take meaningful action to halt the genocide against the Palestinian people. The conference also featured the screening of the documentary “Via Dolorosa,” directed by Ambassador 'Hananiya. The film traces the historical journey of Christianity in Palestine, from the birth of Jesus Christ through successive eras to the present day. It stands as a powerful testimony to the deep-rooted and enduring presence of Palestinian Christians in the Holy Land. The conference sessions included contributions from prominent figures in academia and the church. Reverend Monther Isaac delivered a keynote address confronting the role of some Western Christian communities, particularly Christian Zionists, in enabling the ongoing atrocities. He called for a clear theological rejection of this complicity, emphasizing that true Christian faith aligns with justice and truth. Other participants included Shireen 'Awadh, Yousuf Al-Khoury, Lama Mansour, and Saif Qissees. Workshops were also held to develop strategies for advocacy and mobilization. The Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs in Palestine concluded by reaffirming its dedication to defending the rights of the Palestinian people, particularly the indigenous Christian presence, which remains an integral and inseparable part of Palestine’s national and historical identity.
